First, Thank you for showing our properties and submitting offers. ALL OFFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.  If your offer has errors or is incomplete it will need to be resubmitted online. Please read the directions below before submitting any offers. Once you have read the instructions click on the button at the bottom of this page to submit your offer. If possible please do not FAX your offer. Simply scan your offer and upload it into our web form on the next page.

 

Instructions:

Step 1. Download our offer checklist and print it out.(Click here to download the checklist).
Step 2. Assemble your offer package according the instructions in the checklist.
Step 3. Scan your completed offer package to your computer.
Step 4. Read the instructions below on how to submit your offer online. When done click on the link at the bottom of this page.
Step 5. Fill out our "Submit Offer Form" and attach your offer package PDF document.

After you have submitted your offer you will see the following confirmation.

If there is an error it will tell you at the top of the page what needs to be corrected. If it says "Offer has been submitted" then we have received your offer. No need to call us immediately for confirmation.


You will receive an email confirmation the next business day after you submit your offer.
