Danny Harvey - Los Angeles Real Estate Professional

Danny Harvey brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to the team of Essex and Harvey. Before becoming one of the Westsides most successful and well-respected Realtors, Danny made a name for himself in the banking industry and for more than 16 years and contributed to the success of several of the largest financial institutions in the nation. As head of operations for the San Antonio Division of University Savings Association, he gained first-hand knowledge of all facets of the lending industry.

Danny holds a BBA in marketing from McMurry University in Texas.   He managed the Residential Real Estate Owned Divisions as a Vice president at Nations Bank and the J.E. Roberts Company.  In these key positions, he was responsible for the marketing and management of thousands of properties totaling over one billion dollars throughout the United States.  He represented high profile and demanding clients such as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, The Resolution Trust Corporation and various Wall Street companies.  Danny has been called on to consult internationally with regards to real estate issues.In these corporate environments he gained executive-level insights into the Mortgage Banking industry, a perspective that serves his clients well in every transaction.  From this distinguished career in finance and corporate property management, Danny brings his Westside clients a number of invaluable skills: negotiation and client advocacy, architectural renovation, marketing and lender relations.
